Payment must be completed at checkout. For goat reservations, deposits are required and are non‑refundable unless otherwise stated in our Sales Policy.
GOAT SALES
All goat sales are governed by our Sales Policy and Returns Policy. Due to biosecurity concerns, all goat sales are final. Once a goat leaves Buckshot Acres, it cannot be returned for any reason. We reserve the right to refuse a sale if we believe a buyer cannot provide a safe, stable, or appropriate home. Goat photos and descriptions are accurate to the best of our ability but are not guaranteed to predict future growth, size, or appearance.
SHIPPING
Once an order leaves Buckshot Acres and is in the possession of USPS, UPS, or any other carrier, we no longer control the delivery process. Buckshot Acres is not responsible for lost, delayed, misdelivered, or damaged packages. If a package is lost or delayed, we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier by providing tracking information and required documentation. Refunds or replacements for carrier‑related issues must be handled directly through the shipping carrier.
HEALTH & SAFETY
Our products contain natural ingredients. Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient lists and checking for allergies or sensitivities before use. Buckshot Acres is not responsible for adverse reactions or skin sensitivities. If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately. We do not guarantee specific results or outcomes from any product.
