Returns Policy

GOAT SALES 
Due to biosecurity concerns and the health and safety of our herd, all goat sales are final. Once a goat or kid leaves Buckshot Acres, it cannot be returned to the farm for any reason. We cannot issue refunds, accept returns, or exchange goats after they have left our property. If a buyer is no longer able to keep a goat purchased from us, we are happy to assist in finding a new home; however, the goat and any payments made will not be returned to Buckshot Acres.

PRODUCT RETURNS 
If you believe you have received the wrong product, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving your order. We cannot refund used or opened products. Refunds are only issued for items that arrive damaged during shipping or are defective.


PRODUCT SATISFACTION 
Buckshot Acres does not accept returns or issue refunds for reasons related to personal preference, including but not limited to scent, texture, or individual skin reactions. All bodies respond differently to natural ingredients, and we cannot guarantee how any product will interact with each customer’s unique skin chemistry. For safety and hygiene reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned under any circumstances. We encourage customers to review ingredient lists carefully and reach out with any questions before purchasing.


DEFECTIVE PRODUCT DEFINITION 
A product is considered defective only if it arrives damaged or unusable due to an issue that occurred before it reached the customer, such as breakage during shipping, leakage, or severe melting that renders the product unusable. Because natural products can soften in warm weather, minor softening or cosmetic imperfections do not qualify as defects. 

To process a claim for a damaged or defective item, photo proof is required within 72 hours of delivery. Photos must clearly show the condition of the product and its packaging at the time it was received.


LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES 
Once an order leaves Buckshot Acres and is in the possession of USPS, UPS, or any other carrier, we no longer have control over the delivery process. Buckshot Acres is not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, misdelivered, or damaged by the shipping carrier. 
If a package is lost or delayed, we will gladly assist you in filing a claim by providing tracking information, shipment confirmation, and any required documentation. Refunds or replacements cannot be issued by Buckshot Acres for carrier‑related issues; all reimbursement for lost or delayed packages must be handled directly through the shipping carrier.


NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS 
Buckshot Acres does not guarantee specific results or outcomes from any product. Natural products may perform differently for each individual, and results vary based on personal skin chemistry, environment, and usage.


RETURN APPROVAL 
To request approval for a return or exchange, please contact Buckshot Acres through our Contact Us page within 72 hours of receiving your products. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
